Writer writing while reading a book about a writer writing

I’m not even joking.

Yesterday I started Stephen King’s ‘Misery’. But before I could even finish the first page I was hit by inspiration for my short story writing portfolio. So, I put down the book and started writing. I just wrote the first few paragraphs to make sure I capture the idea on paper.

I haven’t read too much today, but I am planning to do that a bit later. I’m very curious about this book.
