When your mind is cloudy, take a walk in the sun
My mind is a bit all over the place these days. It's not all bad - there's excitement, happiness and satisfaction, but there is also anxiety and fear for things that are out of my control.
Yesterday at Yoga we practiced around the theme of "intention", something that aligns your thoughts and your feelings. The intention that I set for myself, goes beyond that one hour class. My intention is to feel my feelings. Yesterday my main feeling was happiness. Today I'm feeling something else, but I'm taking this walk with the same intention.
