Sunny on my Babă

The first few days of March are called the Babe, the old ladies. Depending on who you ask, the story differs, but the version that I go by is that you have one Babă from 1 to 9, according to your birthday (or the sum of its digits). Therefore because I was born on the 9th of August, my Babă is today.

It is said that your spring (or even your whole year) will be like your Babă - if it’s sunny, everything will be alright. It wasn’t sunny all day, it started off with some clouds, but no rain, which is good. And by the end of the day, it was so nice outside!

I don’t believe in myths and legends, but they can be comforting. I’m hoping that this spring will really turn back to sun and happiness in its second half and that it will be just a little cloudy in the first half. Let’s get this planet back on track.
