Starting the last book for year 2

After a few days of being scared to finish Tom McCarthy’s ‘Remainder’, today I finally finished it. The ending… felt like solving a really long equation only to find that the answer is zero… But, despite the empty feeling, I liked it.

I started a new book - ‘The Carbon Diaries: 2015’ by Saci Lloyd. In fact, this is the last book I need to read for year 2. After this, I’ve only got two more plays and some poems. So far it’s quite interesting, this book. I don’t know much yet, but I know it’s got something to do with environmental disasters. Quite an eerie read when the wind is blowing at 100 km/h. 😅

It’s gonna be so strange to go back to just reading without making notes for a while. I’ve got some books waiting for me for over a year now and I can’t wait to get to them!
