Some teamwork and communication

This session - teamwork, communication, and feedback - reminded me of the first time I thought about becoming a youth worker. It was in a teambuilding one year after I joined DEIS. And at some point, kinda daydreaming, I asked myself... What if I were there, in the front, facilitating this session? And here I am.
