Some green smoothies to celebrate good news for DEIS UK

DEIS UK has two pieces of good news to share:

1. We got funding from Arts Council England to do a three-day festival in August. Arts in the Streets: Music, Photography, Creative Writing. In Greenwich. Workshops & Performances. All young artists involved in the project will be paid.

2. Thanks to the amazing people at Artfix who introduced us to Berkeley Homes, we will be hosting some art workshops for young Kidbrooke residents during the summer break.

It hasn’t even been two years since our first event, and we’re already delivering some pretty big projects. Not too shabby. Keep on going… ⚡️
