Reading. Always.

I may not be studying English Lit anymore, but that doesn’t stop me from reading. Always reading. A constant reader, as Stephen King calls his fans. This time, I’m reading about communities and other bits of Anthropology. And I am really enjoying it.

Reading both fiction and (unrelated) theory is a nice mix. I can envision myself continuing to do this. I’m also very curious about writing essays that are not related to literature. So far, my assumption is that they would be somewhat similar to my blog articles where I analyse experiences or random thoughts. How different will it be? What am I going to write about? How much will I be using my English Lit essay writing skills? I’ll update you on all of these questions whenever I start working on the first assignment.
