Rainy Day = Pyjama Bottoms + A Good Book

As much as I love being out and about, staying at home on a rainy day is always welcome. If you have work to do, you can throw a jumper or a t-shirt on to look professional on camera, but keep your pyjama bottoms. Once all the meetings for the day are done, you slip into a bean bag and start a new book. That’s what I’ve done today.

Currently reading: Melinda Salisbury’s ‘The Sleeping Prince’ → The Sin Eater’s Daughter #2.

I read the first book in the trilogy as part of my extended dissertation research (YA books, books with young characters) and had an amazing interview with the author. In fact, I loved that novel so much that I recently gifted someone the whole trilogy. Plus I pre-ordered Melinda Salisbury’s next book. However, first of all, the time has come for me to finish the trilogy. I’m already hooked, so if y’all will excuse me, I’m going back to reading.
