Productivity is back and now I'm out for a walk



This weekly one-hour Yoga class does so much for my wellbeing, it's fascinating. Reconnected with myself and re-balanced yesterday.


I was finally able to get some work done with my usual energy. I also managed to read for a couple of hours today which just boosted my inner battery so much. Excitedly going for a walk now just to reset myself after another day of work.


It's good to feel good.
