Pre-departure reading spree

I have a major issue before I travel somewhere. I don’t want to take books with me that I’ve already started. For no particular reason, though, I just don’t. So before I leave, I try to finish whatever it is I’m currently reading. And sometimes… I end up on a reading spree.

I finished ‘The Stand’. Then I finished the Romanian crime fiction book. Then, on the same day, I finished the other Romanian book. I read about 300 pages in one day. Yesterday I started Orwell’s ‘Animal Farm’ and I will most likely finish it today. 3 books in 3 days? WTF?!

Hmm… I don’t know what to read on the plane. Do I want some more Stephen King? Do I want Margaret Atwood? Maybe a Romanian novel? A classic like ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’? Or something else altogether? I’ll let y’all know tomorrow!
