Post-uni mental health walk

Today is World Mental Health Awareness Day. I've become so much more aware of my own mental health in the past year with therapy, Yoga, and a better understanding of my work-life balance.
I cherish these walks so much. Whether I'm listening to nothing, an audiobook, or music, they give me a chance to relax my body, disconnect my mind, and allow myself to feel whatever emotions I've been bottling up. Of course, a walk is not always enough. Sometimes I have to verbalise my thoughts and feelings (as I did yesterday). Other times I'd rather drink some tea and read, recharge my social batteries.
What do you do for your mental health?
