Pics by the Thames

Today I, the writer, had my Covid Underground photoshoot with J. I had to choose my favourite place so I chose the Thames Barrier - Thames Path area. It was cloudy and windy so I really felt like my short stories.

I am indeed a very dark writer. I like to create worlds in which I can show that victims and aggressors are the results of outside influences and/or trauma. ‘Good and evil are names for what people do, not for what they are’ - Phillip Pullman. I will always try to represent both sides of the story, even though most of my writing will seem bleak and hopeless - just like today’s weather.

Can’t wait to see the pics from today, though. Living with the photographer won’t speed up the process, unfortunately.
