New event on the DEIS UK record
This month J and I are trialling a new type of event for DEIS UK. It’s called DWD - Drink | Write | Draw. artFix brings the drinks at a promotional price (and the venue) and we bring the writing & drawing.
The idea is based on something that artFix did in August last year - Drink & Draw. However, they needed someone new to facilitate so J pointed out that she’s a visual artist. Then, I realised that writing also works well with a glass of something, so we added that too. On the 21st of Feb, we’ll see how it all comes out. We don’t have a clear strategy for the evening, but in both drawing and writing you just have to go with the flow sometimes. We’ll see where the flow takes us!
