My autumn cold came early this year
Autumn came early this year and with it came my yearly autumn cold. It doesn’t seem to be COVID. I tested negative. So, either it’s not COVID or I don’t have enough of the virus in me. I have a history of vaccines working very well on my immunity - the best examples would be the chickenpox vaccine and the flu shot.
I’m taking medicine, drinking plenty of water, and just enjoying the cool weather with a book and a cuppa tea. You know, it’s good that I got a cold now. At least I know for sure I won’t catch another one before going to Romania. And then, after we’re back, I can get my flu shot. I’ve also seen the news about the updated Moderna vaccine. Hopefully, everyone will get a booster at some point. I’m honestly willing to pay for it, at this point. I don’t like being sick.
