Must-have walk
I spent today sitting down at my desk. A social media post here, a meeting there, an email somewhere else, playing Solitaire or scrolling Instagram between different things… and it’s almost 6 pm. I took a few breaks to eat and go to the loo, but still, I spent way too much time in front of a screen.
Usually, on Mondays, I’d go to Pilates, but all the slots were booked this time. :( However, I won’t allow this to mean that I’m neglecting my body today. So, I’m going out for a walk. And I’ll make sure to breathe as well while I’m at it.
