Mid-week break
I don’t always need or want a mid-week break, but sometimes things align in such a way. I can always find something to do, don’t get me wrong. However, I never know when I’ll have another unexpected mid-week break, so I took advantage of it. Maybe I’ll even finish ‘IT’ today!
Now, do I feel balanced? I think it’s the wrong day to ask that, especially because I’ve been having mid-week breaks occasionally anyway. Overall, I drank water and took a nice shower to wash my hair, so my body is alright (resting after a long walk I took yesterday). Emotionally, I’m relaxed. Emotionally & mentally, I’m well-hooked in the book and also excited to start lectures again tomorrow. Mentally, I’m taking a break and will be back to my achiever productivity tomorrow.
