Mary’s Diary, Exile, Day 5

It has been such a blessing to be left alone one whole day! However, I must admit that the lack of fresh water was quite a nuisance. Our very particular preferences and our level of privilege are the reasons we associate ourselves with humans like these ones or my Assistant.

The writer/youth worker human started reading this small book today. The authoress appears to share her forname with this human - ‘Beatrix’. In case you were not aware of this, reading is a very pleasurable activity for a chatte* as well. Why of course that is to feed our intellect and expand our vocabulary.
