Luggage is ready to be filled
When I was a kid for weeks before any big day I'd start going to my parents and say "I can't wait!"
They'd have to answer "What for?"
And I'd say "Christmas!" or "My birthday!" or "The first day of school!" or "To go on the trip!"
There was this feeling of happy excitement.
As I grew up, it turned more into anxious excitement sprinkled with overthinking and self-criticism. That childhood feeling comes around rarely nowadays. But as I took down my luggage and as I've been working on the slides for the training in Plovdiv, I got that feeling again.
I can't wait!
What for?
To go to Plovdiv!
