I have new glasses and I’m ready to get more work done! Ah... That moment when you put your glasses on for the first time and it’s like changing your video quality settings on YouTube. You just go from 360p to 1080p, Full HD.

As a bookworm who also spends a lot of time in front of screens, my glasses are part of who I am by now. In fact, when I first got them in 2019, most people didn’t even notice! It seemed so normal for everyone. Bea reads, Bea writes, of course, Bea wears glasses!

For years I was scared to get an eye test. I knew that my vision is not okay and I knew that whenever I go I will have to get glasses. I had braces until 2018 and I was so scared that people would make fun of me. I know, looking back, it makes no sense, but at that time I was so anxious about this. However, when I started driving I figured I had to do something - it just wasn’t right.

Two years later, I just upgraded my eyes with a new pair of glasses. Life looks better!
