Learning from and about each other

On Saturday, I asked the volunteers what they'd like to do next - more teamwork, more getting to know each other, and to assign clear responsabilities for Arts in the Streets. So, as any good youth worker should do, I obliged.

I really love how the Team is getting closer. You can feel that these people enjoy being here and working together. It's an amazing experience to facilitate these sessions.
