Inka, Snow, and Redrafting Journal

On this day, one year ago, I was posting an adventure of the Muddy Shoes titled ‘Coffee, Sun, and Poe’. It was a Friday, and I studied Poe in the Case Studies in Short Fiction class while drinking a tasty coconut milk latte from the university’s coffee shop. It was a wonderful, sunny day.

Lots happened since. It is Sunday, and I am rewriting my own short stories according to the feedback I received while drinking a cup of Inka that I made at home. It’s snowing today and we are still living in lockdown because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I love to look at how things have changed over the course of one year. I can’t wait to compare more and more years as I keep posting new Adventures of the Muddy Shoes.
