I missed live concerts so much!

Life in the UK is returning to a safe normal. It was so good to be back around people yesterday. I missed the frolicking! And the crowd for so good - we all knew each and every lyric. Upsahl live is absolutely amazing!

I like the idea of a safe normal, rather than a new normal. Everyone had to show proof of vaccination or of a negative COVID test. To be honest, I would do the same for the flu and any other viruses. We didn’t have to wear masks or social distance because the UK is almost 70% vaccinated and most people within our age group were vaccinated with the highly efficient mRNA vaccines (Pfizer or Moderna).

I will be getting a flu jab for tomorrow. I decided that I want to make sure that I protect myself and others from as many dangers as possible. I’m horrified by all the news coming from Romania, collapsing under the pressure of a fourth wave…
