How interesting...
Initially, I wanted to say strange or unusual, but I decided to go for * interesting *. It's more positive. It implies curiosity.
What's interesting? The fact that I've been running low on energy for the past week or so. I'm feeling off. No particular reason. My mind is doing something I think. And I have a feeling of... stress(?). I've felt like this in the past and in times like these I would've disrespectfully ignored my body and just spiral down. I know better now. I find it so interesting that giving my body a chance to feel good will also make my mind and my heart feel better. And maybe while I'm on the Yoga mat, something will click and I'll just realise why I feel "off".
These are my thoughts as I'm getting ready for Yoga today. Oh! I have to go now!
