How I missed Yoga!!


As I was going towards Artfix today, I noticed that I was excited for Yoga, but also quite nervous. Will I still remember how to do things correctly? Will it be okay? But then... I realised that it didn't really matter. Every practice is different and no one was going to judge me if I wobbled a bit more or if I lost my balance.


But all that nervousness vanished as soon as I sat down on the mat. Today's practice was (about) grounding. Exactly what I needed. I missed breathing and being mindful about my movements. I missed this walk home, relaxed, feeling so good in my own body.
