Happiness is chatting with your team as if you've known each other for ages

The meeting we had today with the volunteer team was to talk about Arts in the Streets and plans for the future. But it was so much more than that. We had a coffee at Artfix and then we went out for pizza. Spending time with these people is just so... natural. The conversations, the jokes, the laughs.

Back in Romania, we say that "DEIS is the family you choose". This organisation only grew honestly and organically. I love to see that it's true for our team too.
