Another day of work done, getting ready for Yoga
These days I'm working on the conclusions and other bits for the Play Next conference next week. This also means that I'm spending a lot of time sitting in front of a screen. By the time I get up to refill my bottle or eat something, my back is already unhappy. I've always felt this, but I never cared before starting to pay attention to my body.
Now, I'm looking forward to stretching and moving on the Yoga mat. Relax all my muscles and joints. Turn off my mind for a bit. I'm also listening right now to the audiobook I mentioned (I Who Have Never Known Men), a little exercise for the heart, emotions. My mind, off for this too.
I wouldn't have thought that work-life balance is so important. Or that mind-body-soul balance is so important. It's interesting and I like this.
