A walk in the park

I could say that life is like a walk in the park when you do what you love and love what you do. But I’m literally going to talk about a walk in the park. It was such a nice relaxing thing, to just walk and listen to a podcast in the sunny weather. Unexpectedly nice.

Yes, I started listening to podcasts! One podcast, so far - Bailey Sarian’s ‘Murder, Mystery & Makeup’, which is the audio version of her YouTube videos. It happened randomly as I was coming home from a meeting a month ago. I just thought to myself I’d like to listen to something, but not really music, so I went to Spotify, searched true crime and Bailey’s podcast popped up. I’m not really an audio person (unless it’s music), so this is a beginning.

The aim of my walk today was to visit my GP and come home. Re: GP - I’m alright. Had a double-check today - one for my kidneys and one that I was required to pass for my MA. Everything’s great.

Gotta get back to work now, there’s a lot to finish before Thursday.
