A little walk through London

Since the Elizabeth Line opened, travelling to London-London is a completely different experience. It’s much faster and the stations are so well located that you can pretty much get anywhere.

Today V had to sort something out in London-London. To get there, we took ‘Lizzy’ and another tube, but we realised that we were only 20 minutes away from Tottenham Court Road, so we decided to walk. After three years in London, I’m still surprised when I recognise places. So much of this giant city feels familiar. I even know how to navigate the city - go towards the BT Tower to get to Tottenham, cross the street here or there, this must’ve been a council estate, and so on.

So strange, yet so homely.
