20 minutes of Yoga, some reading, and a walk + work
Today was a balanced day for my energy. I worked as much as my productivity allowed, but then I also read, cleaned around the house, did those 20 mins of Yoga and now I'm getting ready for a walk.
Right now, my thoughts, feelings, and emotions seem to be balanced and aligned. I love how good this feels.
