20 minutes of Yoga before going for a walk
I might keep this structure for all my #muddyshoes titles in November. 😅
It's so good to stretch and go for a walk after a day spent sitting on a chair. It's so good to disconnect your mind after a day of thinking. A bit of Yoga and a walk are simply perfect for that.
If I was feeling on the edge of a burnout a few days ago, I'm feeling much better now even if I have just as much work to do. And I'd like to believe that Yoga played a role in this.
