20 minutes of Yoga after a mentally draining day
It is November and that means that my 20-mins of Yoga everyday challenge has started!
I had a very busy day, sitting at my desk and consuming every braincell that I own. I enjoyed every bit of work, but it was draining. Half-way through the day I remembered that I'll have to do a little Yoga at some point today and I was so excited for it!
It felt so good to just stretch for 20 minutes. I found a really nice app called Track Yoga with plenty of free short practice sessions.
